Refund policy

We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and ensure it meets your requirements before placing your order 

If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please feel free to contact our customer support team through instagram, Facebook and Email and they will help you

We allow opening the order before receiving it as there is no refund after receiving your order but you can exchange it within 24 hr from receiving it and customer is responsible for any additional cost

 

if you are paying online and you want to refund the order with the courier you can do it and we will refund your money through paymob again within 14 working days after deducting shipping fees

تقدر تجرب طلبك و تشوفة مناسب ولا لا اثناء انتظار  مندوب الشحن ، بعد الاستلام لا يوجد استرجاع ولكن هناك فترة  للاستبدال  ومدتها يوم واحد من استلام طلبك و العميل مسؤل علي اي مصاريف اضافيه

إذا كان قد تم الدفع عبر الإنترنت وتريد استرجاع الطلب مع مندوب الشحن يمكنك القيام بذلك و سيتم تحويل الفلوس بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن علي الفيزا خلال ١٤ يوم عمل
